All Fours is a semi autobiographical book about an artist going through perimenopause who starts to question her marriage, and then monogamy. I read All Fours expecting it to be similar to July's previous work, which tends to be dreamy and weird and inspiring. I did not anticipate that I would also find it relatable and tame.
